I couldn’t agree with your recommendations any more. I’ve been a die hard Tennessee fan my entire life and I’m being pushed to the fringes of becoming a “casual” fan because of the current environment.
I followed the twists and turns of the Nico story as it all went down. A few years later, it’s hard for me to not feel bad for him because he was clearly following guidance from dumb people (ex: his dad).
While I believe there is still time to fix this mess and implement your recommendations, I also worry that we are running out of time.
Nothing beats a college football Saturday for me, I just hope I’m still saying that in 10 and 20 years!
